Hey girls! So I encourage each of you to go to this blog and read about this tragic story and how this family has coped through all of it. I shared a bit of this story last week when we met and everytime I read this blog my heart is jerked through every emotion thought possible.
Please read this blog! Their last entry was about how they wanted to pay it forward to Primary Children's Medical Center through gathering donations to put in baskets for families that come in to the hospital with nothing.
I know we were all thinking of different ideas to do for a Christmas service project and we can help these women accomplish this goal or maybe we extend it and do a similar thing to rooms at the ICU at the University Hospital...

I love the idea! I think we all need to bring ideas to our Nov. activity. I was also talking with a lady the other day. She and her husband have their own very successful company in South Africa so they travel there a lot. They have created their own orphanage there for children who's parents die of AIDS. I asked her what we can do to help - she said clothes, any size any kind of kids clothes. So just another option :) I love service!!
