3. Read Doctrine and Covenants 18:10 and 121:45.

"Do all you can to build others and make them feel of worth. Every day for two weeks notice the worthwhile qualities and attributes of others. Acknowledge them verbally or in writing. In your journal write what you have learned about the worth of individuals and how your own confidence grows when you build others."

Doctrine and Covenants 18:10- "Remember the worth of souls is great in the sight of God". 

Worth: Precious, Cheer, Esteem, Merit, Respect, Value, Worthy. 

Souls are Precious to the Lord.  Not looks.  Not money.  Not cars.  Not clothes.  Not weight.  SOULS!  This is what God cares about. 

 He cares about your souls, the strangers soul, MY soul. 

I know that as I allow virtue to garnish my thoughts unceasingly, my CONFIDENCE (in ALL aspects) will wax strong in the Presence of God (Which is all around me.)

I have been promised that as I remember the worth of EVERY soul, think kind thoughts, say loving things, respect people for who they are, my CONFIDENCE will wax strong in who I am.  God will be proud of me therefore allowing me to be proud of me. 

Here I go for two weeks.  You are now all my witness. :)
